Bad service

Good day.

I have bought 4 jackets for my dogs. But they all are damaged. They have sent another batch but they were also in a bad shape. I have paid R145 each. I have asked them for my money back or other jackets the same value, and they said they will send new ones, but am waiting for a month now. I have sent another email and haven't recieved any feedback yet. I am really upset.
