Dont deliver product which is paid fo

On 10 may 2013 i order 10 reflective jackets with full payment made which will take 14 working days. Phoned the lady at sales (michelle) at 0117893933 on vryday 31/05/2013 and she said i can pick up on monday 03/06/2013, now the problems start yesterday 04/06/2013 i sent a guy to go pick up the jackets all the way from Rustenburg North West, on arrival the jackets were not ready and they prommised to deliver the jackets today 05/06/2013, at 08H30 i phoned Michelle and she told me the driver left the warehouse at 09H15 they are on the way to be delivered, the jackets were never delivered as prommised every time when i phone they are full of stories please help
