I phoned at 1.03pm today at the Carelton Centre Markham in JHB to ask if they had Grey Joggers (S) and Phumi gave me a bad attitude asking me ' WHAT DO YOU MEAN GREY JACKETS, WE HAVE SO MANY GREY JACKETS HERE? ' i find that very rude as she could have just asked politely if she didn't understand or hear me correctly. I want her to be dealt with and called to order as this is unacceptable. So disappointed as I phoned other Markham Stores and got exceptional service.
