Just a word of thanks and appreciation to the Refunds/Returns department at Takealot! I ordered a product but found it cracked upon using it for the first time. I filled out the Returns Form on the Takealot website, and minutes later received feedback - and this was after 5pm on a Friday!

The product was collected by courier to be evaluated, however a day after collection I received a brand new product, no questions asked and no hassles.

Just a note, perhaps communication between the client and the courier can be improved on a bit...
