Professional Cv
CV writing company takes money and produces nothin

My husband contacted Professional CV SA last Monday and payed R595 for a new CV and R125 for a cover letter. We had to pay upfront. He filled in a detailed form about himself and since then we have heard nothing. The quote said they would be done in 7 days. It is now 10 and we have emailed every day and had no response. We feel this is either a or they are terrible at their job. We want answers!
