Handbag not repaired after 3 weeks

I handed my handbag into this shoe/ bag repair shop on the 19th of August. Eventually after not hearing back from them I went there on the 2nd of September and was told that they will fetch all the repaired items from the Northmead shop and will have it on the following day. I went back on the 3rd of September and they wanted to give me the wrong bag. So I was told to come back half hour later as they will ask them to bring it form the Northmead branch. Unfortunately I did not have 30 minutes to spare so I went back on the 4th of September. And still no handbag...
