I am very unhappy with the service I got from Vodacom. I bought a Blackberry 9320 at Incredible Connection (Eikestad mall, Stellenbosch) on the 7th of December 2013. There was a distortion on the earpiece. ( You cannot hear what the person is saying on the other side because of the distortion.)
The phone was sent to your technician on the 10th and the 20th of December 2013. Both times the phone came back and the reply was no fault found.
Surely you cannot expect me to pay for a product that is not working properly.
The technician at Incredible Connection agrees with me that the phone is faulty.

I have been more that patient seeing that a MONTH has passed since I purchased the phone (cash).
I am being shoved around by Vodacom and Incredible connection. Does the 7 day policy not apply to me as a consumer, seeing that I never even used the phone since I purchased the phone???
