Bad attitude from staff

Firstly, the service from the staff at the store is really not nice. The lady (Thoriso) is very unfriendly and just wants a customer out of her face as soon as possible. I've noticed this on both occasions i have been to this store.

Secondly, i bought a cellphone in early Dec and they put a compulsory insurance on it for 31 Days and then i could cancel. Today i went to cancel and they said i cant, the account holder must do that, i just have an additional card.. What i don't understand is, why do you let me take out insurance on an account that "is not mine" but when i want to cancel, its a big issue. Julia who helped me today doesn't even want to understand what i was saying. The account holder can only go to the store after 5 n by then, the insurance department is closed. So how will it be cancelled? Its a rip off paying R40 a month insurance for a phone that costs R100.
