Kelvinator
Called in and Promised Service manager will call

I call in yesterday to find out for service agents in PTA region, as i would like my Kelvinator Washing machine Serviced.
Firstly it does not seem like anyone understand the concept of service, there is nothing wrong with the machine i just want it Serviced!! Service = Preventative Maintenance!! gave me some techie's numner in PTA but after the 4th time of no answer i gave up and called HQ again. Was promised this time the Service Manager will call me soon!! Now i don't know about Kelvinator soon, but my soon is allot sooner. I have a few of your products in my house and they work pretty well, but the service leaves allot to be desired!!!
