I was at the Clicks Kenilworth (Cape Town) store on 28/12/12.and my account (bank card) was double debited.

My card was requested twice as 'apparently' the first time there was a 'timeout' error, however the amount for purchase was debited twice, R 291.78.

I provided Muriel (Admin staff member) from the Branch with the necessary bank statement as proof and the Receipt of the purchase and she contacted me last week saying that Head Office was busy with my Refund two weeks ago.

To date I have not been refunded and am now desperate to have this resolved. Since then, I have had to initiate contact with Clicks for the progress on this which is totally unacceptable.

Also, I have sent an e-mail to the Customer service department two days, and I am still to get a response from them too!

This is really frustrating as I have provided them will the required paperwork and now have to run around to get my OWN money back!
