Outstanding Service

On the 16 December 2012, I bought a Jo Borkett dress at Menlyn Park Edgars. On saturday I cold handwash it and the color came off (washed off). The dress it is designed in a form of 2 colors the Navy and Cream brown. I bought this dress for R799. I send and email to customer relations and I never got a reply. Today I went to the pretoria Church street Edgars and I got an outstanding service. Tshepo the manager and sales assistant Nnikie. They took a troubling matter and turn it to a Happy end matter. They don't sell this label in their branch but they took it. Thank you so much for the beautiful friendly and humble service you have given me. Keep up the good work.
