Mabel refused to assist Me

17/02/2013 I went to edgars the 1 in jhb, rissik street, bought presents at edgars sale shop, I then went to customer service to wrap them, where I normally go after buying a present either from sale shop or the other side, There is a sign written you can wrap your present for free, it doesnt specify which side of edgars should you buy to get to wrap your present, and I bought at sale shop b4 and wrapped my present, when I get to CS there was a lady in front of Me who was wrapping a lot of things, I waited there for More than 30min, then when its my turn, Mabel told Me they dont wrap sale shop presents, I asked her but I was waiting there for a long time, why didnt she tell Me, she gave Me attidute, that its not her Job to tell people, I told her I did wrap b4, she was not interested, I told her I will report the matter, she told Me to go ahead and told Me to report her to her manager: Chris Reddy : 011 353 0700, she didnt care. I understand that maybe they no longer wrap sale shop presents, but for Me to queue 1st and only to be told when its my turn and with attitude, my slip didnt say anything about edgars sale shop not being part of edgars. wrap 4 free sign is there on de wall
