Ordered platters for funeral-24 hours earlie

Booked 3 platters on Sunday for pick up on Monday at 0930 for funeral.
Arrived at 0915-noboby knows about order-superviser says one did not turn up for work, make 2 hasty platters.
I had to leave for the funeral, they had to deliver to the church, in front of all. I wont order there again!!!
