Clicks does not want me to use my vouchers

This story started in Feb 2012.
i called the call centre trying to find out about my vouchers. they told me they where sent to my old address and can not be resent so i needed to log in on website.
i tried to login but my passport number was not registered i called the call centre and they said fax.

i did fax and email no response until recently when i emailed again as my medical aid is linked to my clicks card so i now what to use my points . i sent everything incuding club card numbr guess wat i get an email not club card number i resent email and advised look at previous emails since you are so lazy you dont check what has been happening and i get no passport reply please fax.
this is bult i earned my points stop using funny tackes.

Please send my web logins to [Email Removed] as i have waited since feb 2012 for the response.
my club card 0200305020967 pls dont continue to waste my time as this is unacceptable customer service does not read and understand emails???
