Poor service!!!

My husband got retrenched from his work recently and we have an 18 month old baby. Due to the lack of income, we are currently forced to purchase our baby's nappies and wipes at the Jet store in Lichtenburg. This said, I would like to express my complete disgustment with the poor service of the store! Every time that I've been there, no matter at what time, there is always only 1 person behind the counter, or 2 at the most, and they have 6 paypoints! Been there again this morning, only 1 behind the counter, and one lady sweeping the floor at the other end, while the customers are queueing. We waited for approximately 15 minutes before the first sign of another staff member. When asked to speak to management, this lady explained that the lady behind the counter is the manager! How is this possible that the manager self have to attend to clients, and not very eager or friendly I might add, while the rest of the staff is nowhere to be found! I was there at 10h this morning, was second in the queue and only walked out the store at 10h30. This is pathetic, there isn't another word!
