Still no payment after a Month!!!

I worked for them as one of the sound engineers for their Service Star Awards. The previous time all we had to send was our bank account number, name and ID number. This time we sent our same details through as we had done previously on a company invoice only for them to tell us a week later that they now require proof of bank account with an official bank stamp on. We provided the documentation, only to wait another 3 weeks... and still no payment!!! This is unacceptable!!!
