Paying twice for the goods purchased!

On 18 August 2013, i visited the mentioned store and paid for goods worth R358, 16. from my debit card. The transaction went through as I recieved an sms from my bank, the slip could not be printed due to 'technical' error in their system. I waited for over half an hour for the system to come back, the Branch Manager refused for me to leave with the goods even after showing him an SMS that the money was taken from my account. I had to pay the same amount again for the slip to be printed out and be allowed to leave with my goods.

The Branch Manager assured me that should the amount reflect on their system twice the following day, I will recieve my money however i need to come to the store to collect the money, despite informing him that I stay in Pretoria he said there is nothing he can do fo me to get my money back. To date, no one has contacted me to indicate what happened to the money, although it reflects on my bank statement that I paid twice.

I have been inconvenienced as the money used was for other commitments, no one has bothered to update me on the progress so far and the attitude of the Branch Manager was dissapointing.
