I went yesterday and bought my husband a jacket that a size 40 was too small and when he went today to request exchange he was rudely told that he should come back after 10days to look for something else as they can't give us our money back which is ridiculous and I am annoyed as I feel if I can get the best service at the other outlets why do policies differ for same shop I just want my money back as the thing I wanted its way too small I believe they only care about making a sale what about customer retention and going an extra mile this is a cash sale which someone needs to override why should I be forced to take something I don't want don't I have a choice this is my money and I will buy what I need and no one has the right to tell me how to use it I always buy at sandton and have never received such treatment my husband bought 4 jackets last week which were size 40's and they fitted him so the problem with this one is that it's a small cut and he doesn't want anything else and he is so disappointed with how this was handled we are not asking for a handout and hope u change the way u deal with customers then why do u take our money is the business that bad that u take our mone
