REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK At Tekkie town aka Thug TOWN

I bought adidas push-in size 9 last week, they were small so I wanted to exchange to size 10, they didn't have size 10 so I was forced to exchange with nike push-in, the nike push-in was not comfortable so when I returned the nike push-in for my money back since they still didn't have adidas push-in size 10, the lady who was helping me got angry and treating me with bad attitude and refuse to give my money back, she gave me her stupid voucher instead and I want nothing from that place, DO NOT use tekkie town rather use totalsport. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I Don't want your stupid voucher since I don't want to use tekkie town ever again
