Advertising and no Stock???

On Friday 01 November 2013 I went to American Swiss to buy bangles they advertised "American Swiss Se "DIS TYD VIR SOMER MODES" on page 15, (this booklet was in the new Sarie for November). I was informed by the sales lady that apparently all the branches received 1 or 2 bangles per branch? and they have a problem sourcing these bangles as there is no stock! My question is HOW can you advertise something if there is NO stock DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING IF YOU CAN'T SUPPLY IT! I wanted to buy some of these bangles for a Birthday Present! I am very disappointed!
