Aerial King. I want my money back

Firstly I have a right to return something, yes it is not broken, but then again, I purchased an item from you, in your item you have given me only one installer details, forcing me to use only them, I dont want to use them, I want freedom of choice, Secondly I can demand quality service,
your approved only supplier has given me terrible service, and for that reason I do not want to deal with them, take a copy of that call and play it, then call me, they dont greet, I have no idea what company I was calling, the lady sounds fast asleep, not interested, and then when I ask for a manager she gets angry, I speak to the manager and she is just as arrogant, I tell her its fine I will call House and home back to cancel and she says fine.
I want my money back, I just bought this DSTV decorder yesterday, I dont know where is the reciept, but you will pick it up on your system as took all my details,

I will buy it from someone else and get it installed.

I will be posting this on DSTV site as well to remove this installer, not that they will listen, but for other people to not use them.
