Marriage Proposal Ruined by Sterns

Engagement ring was bought23/05/12from STERNS in WESTGATE CENTRE.15/11/12the diamante fell out of the ring. Returned the ring17/11/12to be fixed, Rene assisted my Fianc? 11/12/12he went back as we had no feedback, we went over Christmas Holiday time&after phoning a few times, STILL NO NEWS! He went8/01/13the ring was there! He open the packet only to find out that absolutely NOTHING has been done. Rene phoned me9/01/13telling me that the driver was there to collect the damaged jewellery. I told her that we haven't decided&that we will see her the next day.10/01/13 we returned to Sterns AGAIN, Rene looked up and said "I will be with you just now"! Waited 10 min. Rene then walked up to me and said"so what do you want me to do"? I told her that we want to keep the original design&that I'm not keen on having to wait another 2months for the ring to be repaired. I asked for the Area Manager's details &her words were"I can't give you that information". Rene should not be dealing with customers at all;bad attitude&bad manners. We eventually got a refund for the ring, not for the resizing!! Sterns service is unacceptable!! The employees are rude&uncooperative. I definitely will not be buying my new engageme
