RUSSELLS SALESMAN BIG!!!

We were told sell your old tv and come pick up a brand-new tv from the store everything is approved. That was only the start of a life time scar that i have received. promises, promises and promises by the salesman brian. he makes promises to call and never keeps his word, My dad also went and saw him but to no avail. To date we still waiting for the tv or a call from RUSSELLS.
The issue was first the tv licence which we said we will buy, then it was my salary slip which was not clear and he always blames incompentacy from their head office. My name is clear and i was pre-approved with R20 000.00.NEVER AGAIN WILL ME OR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DEAL WITH RUSSELS OR THE JD GROUP!!! And my age is only 23!!!
