Would like all your customers to know about the shocking service I received from your Fourways Mall branch. I bought a pair of black boots in the beginning of May. I wore them once and they started coming apart. I took them into the store and requested an exchange for a faulty product. I understand that I did not have my receipt anymore but the shoes were obviously faulty and not fit for purpose. Eros shoes are all branded with the Eros logo and therefore there is no way the shoes come from anywhere else. The shoes were sent in for repairs and I was contacted to collect. I was disappointed when I went to collect them as the repair was done so badly. I have asked several times for a contact number for the owner to discuss and am constantly told that staff are not allowed to share her information and that she will contact me... I am still waiting. The e-mail address is also not allowed to be shared either. I eventually commented on the Eros Facebook page hoping they would respond but all they did was remove the post. I am still waiting for a response... how hard is it to make a phone call and quality control repairs???
