An amazing experience at Truworths

I went to the store looking for a pair of shoes that I was going to wear on a wedding that day and the ones that they had in store were an odd pair. The guy called near by stores to find out which store had the shoe. He managed to locate it but I couldn't go to that store since I had to rush else where and time was against me! He took my problems and made them his own. Took his own time and money and drove to the store that had the shoe during his lunch time to fetch them.
I'm really really impressed with the standard of service I got from this young man. Truworths needs more energetic, young, approachable, professional people like him.
