Returns Policy

My wife bought a dress and shoulder jacket from Truworths Pavillion during Oct 2012 for our sons wedding in March 2013. Eventually she decided that it wasn't suitable for the wedding and took them back today to Truworths Galleria. The manager invoked their 30 day returns policy and refused a refund even though the clothes had original tags etc on. Now we do realise that there has to be some time limit on returns but there should also be some flexibility. Come on Truworths you don't want to loose customers for life surely. Even a store credit would have been ok.
