Paying for nothing!

We bought a house on Auction from Extreme Auctions, paid our deposit etc. We are also paying occupational rent of 1% of the sale amount. It has been 5 months, the house has not been registered on our name, we don't receive electricity bills due to that, now there is no power, we can't even access the property and we are paying over R10000 a month for this place!!! According to our lawyer they should have notified the council about the electricity issue. But besides that, we do not even have the house registered on our name after 5 months and between them and the conveyors, no one can give us an answer and the keep on pointing fingers and no answers!! This is ridiculous. We want our money back, they can shove the house.
