Very often charge more than price on shelve

Very often when we buy something at Boord Spar we find that they charge more than what the price on the shelve is. Today I bought a 2L smoothy which was priced R29 on the shelve, when I paid for it at the till they charged R39... only R10 more... this is rediculous and happens way to often. If a shopper take something worth R10 from the shelve without paying for it, it is handeled as a crime... why is the opposite not a crime as well!!!
