A few weeks back I logged a complaint on the hellopeters site, I received quick response from the Beares group regarding my
My complaint due to waiting 4months for my goods
They told me I could collect my goods Saturday, 25-05.2013. I sat there for 2 and a half hours and still left without my goods the Tuesday the called and said I could collect but
Due to me working I sent my brother in law to collect for me, Lynette the manager there was very rude to him,
I was made aware of this situation then I got the goods from him Tuesday evening
The following day I logged another complaint by beares head office regarding the fact that I had not received the accessories (HDMI cable, speaker cables, user manuals screws for the speakers
All the speakers are scratched and the one has a chip in) I also requested a written letter from Lynette apologising for the rude behaviour she had given my bother in law.

Friday morning she showed up at my place of work and threw the stuff around and told me that I should know my boss stays 3 houses from her, I asked her what that had to do with my stuff and she replied: you'll see< I ask
