I have contacted the Pampers customer care and dealt with a CR Agent, this was on the 31st May 2013, i have been promised on 2 separate e-mails that pampers will send me a voucher to compensate for the problem i had with the nappies braking when putting it on for my baby. I have still not received any voucher from Pampers. I'm expecting my 2nd baby now and i know for sure i will not purchase from pampers again! Bad Service!!
