Function goods gets

We had a function on the 14/06/2013 at toutrekpark. The lady whom is the head of the kitchen and whom is running the function hall said to us if we cant clear out all our stuff we can do it the following morning when we come and clean up. Got there the morning just by 8 and my staff removed our goods but some of our stuff were missing. I was then told by the staff of toutrekpark that the night staff did not lock the doors when they closed up and my stuff got. I called the owner and he said he will look into the matter. I called this morning again and got told that the club dont take responsibly for the, goods that has been and it should be sorted out with the kitchen manager whom we had an arrangement with to collect the the goods the following morning when cleaning up. I will not just sit back and assume its as they have, to take responsibility for their actions and their staff whom does not do their jobs properly. I want back the goods that was from me.
