No one on duty at the Elizabeth arden counte

I wntd to buy Elizabeth arden skin care after watching a programme promoting their skin care range i drove all the way from Mitchell plain whrei stay as no stores here have these products when i arrived at the store i was told thre was no one from Elizabeth arden on duty and no one else could help me it was beyond un professional i was very angry as i had my 4month old baby with me. I wntd a consultant to do a skin analysis on duty me before buying the product i then had no choice but to purchase without any knowledge esp since i came esp for the cream and as it turns out i bought the wrong product ur products are rly expensive least you can do is make sure u have staff on duty. I am rly disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money
