On Saturday 01 June 2013, we bought a school blazer for my son from Woolworths Eastgate.
When got home my son fitted and the blazer and he did not like it because it was big for him.

So on Sunday 02 June2013, we returned the blazer and we were made to wait for an hour. I do understand they need to ask difficult questions, however I thing they went overboard, two managers were called and one of them was an Indian lady who wanted her presence to be felt without gathering information.

From our observation, this balzer was sold and returned to the store. However the customer was dishonest beacuse he or she pasted and removed the school badge or emblem on it. The Indian lady technically put the blame on us. I went upstairs to call Thandi and her supervisor wo witnessed that the blazer had no price tag when we bought. My so goes to Parktown Boys School and the badges are different.

The came another lady and instructed them to accept the blazer, and she said that they all know the story of the blazer i.e price tag and school badge.
