Incomplete orde

Went to Incredible Connection yesterday to buy a laptop for my wife.
Saw a nice one but thought I'd compare with Matrix next door. I know Matrix has a bad reputation (parts doesn't last or dead on arrival) but I thought a laptop is a laptop. It's branded and sealed and they can't mess it up somehow, so I have nothing to loose.
I select my laptop and think I'll just get this one instead of Incredible Connection. I buy more things like a cordless mouse and a couple other items.
Paid in cash and walk out with a smile on my face.
Drive to PTA, put it up and notice there's no battery in the laptop.
Drive all the way back and the lady (Manager) Marlize tells me she can't credit me, she can't get me a battery, i should come back tomorrow at 08h30.
Today I'm there at 08h15 and wait until 08h50 until someone comes out and says I can take the laptop without a battery and they'll see if they can find me a battery somewhere.
I go home and phone H/O to complain and get told there's nobody there to complain with - they'll phone me back.
Afterwards Northgate Matrix phones me again and says OH! IT WAS HERE AT THE BACK. COME FETCH IT.

NOBODY apologized even ONCE during all this. Don't buy there...
