Paying for broken lounge suit for 5 months

I bought a lounge suit for my parents in december at morkels in protea glen mall which got delivered after christmas. I later discovered that the 3 seater had a problem it was a bit loose which i immediately reported to the store that was early Jan. It was 1st inspected in April but only got collect in May. i called Tshepo to asked him when will the it be delivered back and he was not sure about the turn around time (unacceptable) A week or so later i bumped into Tshepo at the mall tell me they warehouse tried calling me to tell me that they couldnt find the problem, i was puzzled because a report was filed then we both walked to the store where a call was made to the warehouse spoke to a lady by the name of Mel shocked with disbelief to find out that the people at the store didnt know which part of the lounge suit was sent in for repairs, i explained to the warehouse wat the problem was and guess what it was delieved back still loose i got on the phone spoke to Lebo who didnt want to listen to me and i was frustrated coz i was not dealing with him. i've been paying for damaged goods for 5 months. I must say their customer service is disgusting
