A courier lady named Agie in rustenburg has a bad

I've ordered a bedding on homechoice online and when I call they told me that they don't have stock; I had to wait for them for 2 - 3 weeks and they've finally dispatched my package.

Now the Courier Lady named Agie in the Rustenburg area (Don't know the Courier company they are using) have sent me an sms telling me she'll deliver tomorrow which was supposed to be on the 30th May 2013, I waited and she didn't come nor call. Then I sent her an sms today morning 31th May 2013 and she didn't respond. When I call her she says she didn't find the street; when I ask why didn't she call me she tells me I was supposed to call them and give directions which she never mentioned on her sms. She even hung p the phone and never took my calls thereafter. This is frustrating. Why would i struggle getting a package I paid for?
