I wish to inform you of what is deemed unfair customer treatment.

Most of the social media network in South Africa is very aware of a special on the WII U gaming console due to take place on Sunday in CAN stores. Naturally, at the price that such item will be sold, there is a huge demand.

As with any sale, one would expect that customers will queue for the item. However, it has since transpired that your stores have reserved these consoles already for those who have called into stores. Surely, this is tantamount to unfair treatment and partisan treatment of your other loyal customers. I have called 5 stores in Johannesburg and this has been confirmed.

The norm for special offers is "First come, first served." This is not being observed here.
