New Kotex poor quality pads

I would like to lodge a complaint to Kotex. I bought a new double pack of Kotex Normal Pads with wings, and when I got home, I was disappointed to find, that when I opened it, Kotex had changed its pads to something new and cheaper looking. Now I've used Kotex for MANY years and have preferred Kotex over all other brands bcs the pads were firm, comfortable and of superior good quality. I see that not only has the wrapper changed to a dark pink colour but also the quality of the pad has changed to an ugly cheap pad like all the others on the market, it's hard, plastic like and very uncomfortable and much thicker.

Pls could you re-instate the previous pad. I am very unsatisfied with the new product.
