Poor products quality

On the 18/12/2013 I went to a clicks shop at Randburg square and bought some tompons and sanitary pads.
My problem is that the pads licks and does not turn the blood into gel, I was so embarrassed the day I used the pad. I have thrown away the till slip but have my bank statement as proof of purchase, I do not need a refund but just to let you guys know that the product is not good. The packaging is soo great and you will want to try the product for first time but what a disaster.
