My thanks to Nkhakha for going the extra mile of coming to my office in Pretoria and explaining the problem of the pads, by showing me the difference between real ans fake goods. It was apparent that the pads I bought were not from Nampak directly bcause Nampak packaging was date stamped and batch numbered, while the faulty pads had n such branding and dates on the package. Alos thanks for the free pads that you offered me!! :).
