Mis leading advertising

Edgars has a R69 per month advert on the Edgards club website for Planet Fittness memebrship for 12mths. So I signed up at the gym-and guess what now I bill R828.00 for the entire 12 mths upfront. Why??? what happend to R69 per month. Then I called the customer care line 0860112442 to query this, but just o be told to go in to store, and dispute this-why again??? these processes are flawed!!!
