My name is Zanele Dube 0727484048, in 2009 my DVD was taken in for repair to Stanger branch by my brother as im workin in Jozi and every time we went to check for it, we would be told this and that, as my last time being there was on the 24 December 2012 and i spoke to MaGumede who's responsibly for the client's queries there currently as before i spoke to lots of people with no help and as well MaGumede told me she cant also help if her manage also says NO since there is no proof, as when it was taken in it was a different management that is now in Mandeni branch confirmed that they do remember the DVD but they also don't know what happened to it, so just because they are saying there is no paper work or anything that was recorded down, they can not just give me my DVD.This has been going on from 2009 till now *just for a DVD that i full paid up for* Savells Stanger branch contact number 0325514250
