After applying for my account over the phone, I was told to take my ID or drivers licence and reference number to Mr Price, and get my card. When I got there I asked one of the shop assistance where to go for New Account, she tells me they only take ID's. Given over hears the conversation and tells me she'll go find out from manager if they can take my licence. She returns tells me they will I just need to make a copy and tells me where I can get a copy nearby. When I went back to Mr Price she identifies me as I was walking-in to the shop and she takes over every single step of filling in the forms, getting the card and everything required, and as she was assisting me I noticed she was assisting another shop assistant with other things and I noticed she's a multi-tasker, she works with pride and confidence so her colleagues want her to help them meaning she is a good leader and teaches other people good customer service.
