Poor service and overcharged!

I had some documents that required copying and dropped it off @ Postnet. upon collection, i was told that the price was R400 and some thing rand. shocked, i requested the pricing structure and how the amount was reached. apparently the lady who gave the price counted the pages incorrectly. furthermore, i had app 128 64 copies made and was charged R1 per copy as opposed to the Post net price shown to me, that said the price is 70c if you copy 11 pages or more. please train your staff! I also deserve a refund on the overcharge!!! if you need my slip, i will email it to you. disgusted. i also requested the manager to email me the price options in writing... still awaiting feedback.
