Poor After Sales Service

I purchased a lounge corner couch from @Home livingspace nearly a month ago and was told it arrives in JHB on May 21 and they will try to push to have it here for the 3rd of June when I requested delivery. When I called the distribution centre in CPT on Monday 27th, then for the first time I heard there was a week delay in the shipping of the units and that delivery of the corner unit will be delayed.

It might mean nothing to you that its delayed, but as a customer, I would have appreciated you informing me that there is going to be a delay in the delivery of the Unit. You guys informed me on Monday that its in harbour in Durban and would try and request that delivery to CPT be put on priority and give me feedback. It's 4 days later and no one has called me with feedback. It's the first time I ever bough something from @Home livingspace, and definately not very impressed with your after sales Service.
