Pathetic service

When I first came into Cori Craft, the service was good. I even bought goods on credit that were over R28 000, however, little did I know that the delivery was going to be such a pain. I live in a flat on the 1st floor, I was told that my corner unit/combo could not bypass the stairs so I needed to pay an additional R500 so that the Cori Craft delivery team can rather move in my corner unit via my 1st floor balcony.

I mean why would Cori Craft sent through their own delivery team and then say that they can`t go through to put my corner unit inside my home. They then request that I should pay more money in order for them to put my corner unit inside my home. Shouldn`t the delivery people have the right equipment before they come to make a delivery.

They should have asked me at the store to check on whether i live on the ground or first floor. There were no conditions beforehand and all I know is they are not supposed to leave my furniture outside my home but they should rather take in inside my house safely by using the right equip.

If I decide to cancel my order they said that they will take 10% of the overall amount for my corner unit yet I paid a handling fee that amounts to R495.
