Empty Promises

We bought a fridge from Game, Cape Gate Aug 2011, the fridge came with a 2yr guarantee. Last week the fridge just stopped working. Our food went off as it switched off during the night! I called the store to enquire as its still under gaurantee - spoke to Bradley who advised they will send someone to come & have a look. As per whoever who was supposed to come to our place to look at the fridge advised that he was told we dont live at this address!!! Thats nonsense as my husband was home! Wonder if he went to the correct address. We are still waiting for them and i can assure you we are tired of waiting. We had to throw away all our food that was stocked in the fridge!!! now we have another expense we did not budget for - we need to do shopping all over again! Do you think this is fair???
i want this sorted asap! either the fridge gets fixed or i want a new 1!!!
