Paid up account but debit still goes through

I purchased goods from Russells store in Bethlehem, had lots of issues having to ask for replacement of goods but still broken goods were delivered to us. The fridge is still not working even now. I decided to pay the store and never buy ANYTHING ever again. I paid up the account this year in February but to my surprise They deducted money in March and in April, I went to find out they told me money will be paid up in a week's time but till this day, I have not received my money. I hate saying this but it looks like I will have to let this matter with my lawyers. Russell's will pay me and come collect their old goods. I hate this store, used to ave so much respect for them, but that's all gone.
