Bad attitude portrayed by store manage

My previous complaint regarding Spar was the terrible and rude attitude portrayed by security guards at Tops at Starwood mall, the store manager Mr Anil Singh calls me on the 31/05/2013 to tell me that even though i was a consumer at Spar and because i received the poor treatment from the security guards hired by KS Security, the problem is now between me and the security company and i have to take up the matter further with the security company whose owner im still awaiting callback from, from the 29/05/2013. it still mind boggling for me to understand that i was a Spar consumer that received terrible treatment in a Spar store yet the manager informs me that it has nothing to do with Spar. Further more Mr Anil Singh blatantly refused to divulge the contact name and number of his superior which i as a consumer is entitled to. Im very discouraged and very upset about the terrible manner in which my situation is being handled by both Spar Management and KS Security. I was informed that the 'superior' would call me back in the following 10 minutes which did not happen, no feedback up until 05/06/2013 a Mr Eric Anderson from Superspar left a message for me to call back which i will do.
