Why bothe

I had the missfortune to go shopping in edgars alberton, they now have the shoes on display, but unless i am allowed into the stock room, i am not allowed to buy them, tried for more than15 minutes to get help, when i demanded to speak to the manager, they couldnt find her. No wonder the staff are useless, they learn from there manager. It was about 17-00 hrs and the shop was almost empty so it was not a case of being busy, but a case of who cares, i cut up my edgars card years ago for this very reason, and i see that nothing has changed. I know i will get a call saying sorry, but it is worthless, so dont bother .i will just continue to stay out of your shops.
